No,There is no such incident had taken place .Also There are strict rules and punishment for ragging whoever will do it.You have to give an Anti-Ragging Affidavit while taking the admission.

No ragging take place in the college and in the college campus. An anti ragging affidavit is make to sign by the student and his parents during the time of admission. The college has strict rules against ragging. No kind of ragging takes place in any of the department. All the freshers are welcomed with a big heart. All the seniors and juniors stay together in a very friendly manner. The seniors are very cooperative and very helpful.

In the past 3 years of engg, I haven't come across any ragging in dmce. Everyone minds their own business
