What Else Besides Curriculum?

Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology for Women constantly upgrades and revises its curriculum in order to keep up with the changing trends of the world. But besides the theoretical and industry specific knowledge imparted to the students, RKCITW believes that managerial skills and personality development is also very important keeping the changing times in mind.
By instilling managerial skills in the women of RKCIT, the women can look forward to being effective leaders in their area of work. There are Personality Development Programmes too to help the women with self-confidence, communication skills, positivity, analytic approach, etc. This programme helps prepare the women for the battles of the work place. The PDP classes are taken by reputed and noted experts from India and abroad. This programme teaches the students the importance of professionalism and gives them a new perspective too.
For technical skills development lectures by experts and prominent personalities are held on the new technological advancements in the industry. There is a 'Tech Fest' as well where the students can participate in a technical paper presentation contest. For soft skills, the students attend workshops and guest lectures starting from 1st year itself. Regular assessment tests are conducted to check the performance of the students in order to figure out improvements and further improvements to work towards in the future.
