JUPITER Junior College

JUPITER Junior College is a co-educational institute in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh for liberal arts and professional courses. The college is affiliated to Nagarjuna University and received a ‘B’ Grade from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) NAAC-UGC for Excellency in Infrastructure and academic achievements. JUPITER Junior College offers inter-mediate courses in Arts, Commerce and Science stream with affiliation of Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, Hyderabad.
Along with under-graduate courses in following liberal art streams- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), In addition to these courses the institute conducts professional courses such as Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A.). JUPITER Junior College has a faculty of about 120 high qualified and experienced teachers in various departments.
JUPITER Junior College has good infrastructure with latest facilities for students and faculty members. The campus consists of 9 well-equipped laboratories, along with Language Lab, Knowledge Centre and e-learning centre. The College campus consists of an Auditorium which is used to host national and international events. A Health Care Centre, with required medical facility, A Canteen and Mess for hostel students which offer plenty of options in dining. The campus also has a Recreational Centre, and a well-equipped Gymnasium to help students relax and rejuvenate. JUPITER Junior College encourages students to participate in sports events.
Play fields for basketball, tennis, volleyball, hockey, cricket and football. Institute has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The college conducts many cultural and extracurricular events every year which are managed by student clubs. The admissions in JUPITER Junior College are based on merit in previous eligibility course. The Institute also integrates a training and placement cell and provide students guidance and organizes personality and skill development classes.
