Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development

Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development is a Co-educational Hotel Management institute located in Maidens Hotel, New Delhi. The Institute is affiliated to Delhi University. The Institute is a part of Oberoi Group of Hotels; The Group has luxurious hotels in Many Asian countries.
The Institute offers different courses in various fields of Hotel Management. The Institute courses commence in July each year with the selection process beginning in September of the previous year. Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development based in Maidens Hotel, Delhi and offers the following two year Management Training Programmes:
1. Guest Services Management (GSM) focuses on careers in two main guest contact departments;
Food and Beverage Service and Front Office.
2. Housekeeping Management (HM) focuses on all housekeeping aspects of a hotel.
3. Kitchen Management (KM) focuses on culinary skills and the ability to manage kitchen
operations.
To take admissions in Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development the student must be between 19 and 25 years of age and have successfully completed, or are completing a university or college degree in any subject including Hotel Management.
The Institute provides great facilities for students; the students are provided training and learning experience in real environment in Oberoi Hotel chains. On Completion of the individual courses, students are given an opportunity to work within the Oberoi Group of Hotels in their field of Hotel Management course. The recruitment process for the Oberoi
Center for Learning and Development post graduate programmes is scheduled between October to December each year.
