The MET school of engineering was started in 2002.MET is the abbreviated form of Mumbai Education Trust.The college is located at Adgaon and the campus spreads across 34 acres of lush green land.MET school of engineering is part of MET league of colleges.MET tries to redefine the challenging education scheme.MET’s vision is to shape professionals to dominate the future challenges with adequate support of research , development and training.MET missions to nurture learning experience through excellence.

Co-Curricular Activities
MET stresses the importance of co curricular activities with academics.Annual sports and cultural meets are held on campus to promote students inherent talents in diverse fields apart from curriculum.Students are also made to take lecture sessions internally between semesters.Every even semesters students are encouraged to take up industrial visits for getting additional credits in the academic year.
Training and Placement Cell
The Training and Placement Department helps MET to be the best amoong the colleges which offers maximum campus placements in various organizations.Constant interactions with industry representatives and HRs , interactions with Alumni helps to bring more organizations to campus.The constant interaction with industry helps to revise curriculum according to the challenging and competitive industrial needs.The department has excellent qualified faculties who also organizes major international conferences at college for student interaction with industry leaders.Also various training programmes in soft skills enhancement, communication , leadership , language labs , even semester industry training are held by the department.
