Lakireddy Balireddy College of Engineering is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified institution, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA). It has spacious campus spread over 50 acres, of land space with plenty of greenery in Mylavaram, Krishna District. It has good infrastructure with an administration block of 60,000 square feet.
The College campus provides facilitates such as AC Auditorium, AC Conference- room, well equipped laboratories, high speed internet connectivity with 4mbps leased line, a world class Library server with 4.5TB back up area, an extension counter of Central Bank of India, H.T. Power supply, two generator sets of capacity 375 kva, excellent canteen to cater to the needs of students and staff. The College got Autonomous status by University Grants Commission (UGC). Several highly qualified and experienced quality faculties have been inducted already to empower the students to become technologically vibrant, innovative.
Lakireddy Balireddy College of Engineering offers under-graduate courses in (Electrical & electronics, Electronics & communication, Electronics & instrumentation , Computer science, IT, Mechanical & Aerospace engineering) along with 7 Post-graduate Courses Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), M.Tech in CSE, M.Tech(SSP), M.Tech(SE), M.Tech(TE) & M.Tech(Power Electronics & Drives). Students are trained well in sports and games. There is one separate sports wing to train students on different sporting aspects.
A well qualified, dynamic Physical Director trains the students in both indoor and outdoor games. Lakireddy Balireddy College of Engineering Organizes industrial visits for students and faculty to various industries as recommended by the departments. The Institute accommodates a training & Placement cell for final year students to teach the students work ethics and to improvise their interview skills. Additionally the institute has collaborated with many companies for campus recruitment.
