Jaya Engineering College is located near Chennai Metropolis. The college provides graduation and professional knowledge in Tamil Nadu. The college has a combination of both arts and science subjects to do a professional course or to apply for a graduation course. The college vision is to foster original upcoming leaders in technology, private enterprise and management who can work for the betterment of the country and be a cause of its enlightenment.
The college mission is to build a replica of educational institution which can put in students from their college who are there in different field of works can contribute in the development of the country.

The college offers four year undergraduate engineering programme to students. It also offers two year post graduate programmes in engineering and in business administration and a three year master in computer applications programme.
The above mentioned courses which are being taught in the college to students provide a fair programme of academic lessons and practical lab experience in engineering.
The college has a balanced perspective in studies and in cultural programmes. Besides studies and regular classes the colleges also encourage students to take part in the cultural fest or programmes in the college. The college puts up science exhibitions to enhance practical knowledge in students in a real and easy manner. The college puts an effort to make students carrier in a way which can be put in use for the betterment of the country.
