E M D I Institute of Media and Communication is a co-educational institute providing courses in Media, Journaism and event management. The Institute is affiliated to University of Mumbai. In India, the Institute has study centres in major cities like Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Delhi (NCR), Indore.
The courses provided are structured and embellished with inspirational modules to make learning at EMDI holistic and complete, providing them vocational learning; focusing on developing intellectual, personal and employability skills of our students. E M D I Institute of Media and Communication offers courses in Diploma In Advertising And Media (DAM), Diploma In Event Management (DEM), Diploma In Public Relations And Corporate Communication (DPRCC), Post Graduate Diploma In Advertising And Creative Brand Communication (PGDABC), EDMC, Post Graduate Diploma In Event Management (PGDEM), Post Graduate Diploma In Event Management And Activation (PGDEMA), Post Graduate Diploma In Public Relations And Corporate Communication (PGDPRCC).
E M D I Institute of Media and Communication has received recognition by world level institutions such as Griffith University Recognizes EMDI Courses, The International Advertising Association (IAA) Accredits The PGPCM Course, Eema Recognizes Event Management Courses Of EMDI, Public Relations Council of India (PRCI). The Institute has a rich infrastructure with all the latest facilities.
The campus consists of a Central Library which has over 20,000 books, reports, and journals, periodicals, CDs and video cassettes. Separate in-campus hostels for boys and girls with all the necessary amenities, an auditorium which is used to host national and international events, a Health Care Centre, which has an on-call doctor. The Institute also provides extensive training to students as part of its placement cell to sharpen interview and presentation skills of students and help students through placement process.
