Budding Manager Program at ICBM-SBE

ICBM - School of Business Excellence endeavors to helps students to a large degree until they are students and even after they graduate. Some of the most important functions of any institute nowadays include Personality Development, Management Skills Development, Communication Skills Development and increasing the Employabilty of the students. ICBM - SBE has developed a program called the Budding Manager Program designed to achieve all the above mentioned. It also focuses on imparting skills and knowledge which would help the students to evolve into competent future leaders.
There are different training modules in the Budding Manager Program regarding the topics mentioned above. The objective of the training programs is the overall development of the students with regards to the competencies and skills mandatory in a successful manager in the corporate world. Attributes such as personality, etiquettes, behavioral skills and presentation skills are also important to establish a good impression. These days such skill are indispensible for a corporate professional.
The Budding Manager Program has three dimensions - Group Learning, Self- Learning and Mentoring. In Group Learning, there is one trainer in charge of a group of 30-40 students. The learning is carried out with respect to requirements and time. In Self-Learning, the students supplement and complement their Group Learning concepts. Mentoring is for individual attention and for each student to get an opportunity to be able to clarify his/her doubts.
