Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology

Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology is a co-educational engineering college in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu for junior and graduate students, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE); New Delhi and is affiliated by Anna University. The college is part of the Hindustan Group of Colleges and was established in 2000. Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology offers students to choose following courses- B.Tech (Computer Science and engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication engineering, Electrical engineering, Bio-technology and Mechanical engineering), M.Tech (Computer Science, Bio-technology, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Production engineering), Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and MBA (HR, Finance & Marketing).
Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology has an excellent faculty of more than 200 experienced and highly qualified teachers. Additionally many guest faculties from various universities are invited throughout the duration of a course to guide and provide a better perspective to the students.
Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology consists of great infrastructure with latest facilities for both faculty and students that includes a canteen, Banking and ATM facilities within the campus. The Institute has been given ISO 9001 certified institution award by CERN. The institute organizes many extracurricular events as ROBOWAR, Drama and Film club. The institute encourages participation in sports among students and Students have the facility of indoor & outdoor games e.g. billiard, & snookers, cricket, football, basketball, tennis, table-tennis, badminton, volleyball etc along with a gymnasium with latest equipments.
The institute organizes cultural fests for students which are managed by student groups and committees to improve their management skills. Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology runs a placement cell for guidance and training of students and has collaborated with many MNCs for campus placements and training.
