Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA is an 3-year undergraduate course looked out for by a large number of students in India to learn the various facets of running a business. The 3 year course deals with the introduction of students to the management process such as the basics of business, from business communication to business accounting, systems, and micro economics as well as principles of marketing, finance, and cost accounting. The undergraduate course of BBA also teach other basic principles of Management that cover human resource management, information technology, industrial relations, labour laws, taxation, international business and supply chain logistics among others. Specialization is another important factor the course which provides skills in fields like finance, marketing and HR. An application oriented course, the BBA course is one of the highly chosen graduate program in India after completing 12th. The MBA or Master's in Business Administration is often a natural successor to this undergraduate qualification. Looking at the high competition and increase in number of applicants per year the universities offering BBA course often conduct an Entrance Examination to fill the limited seats available across the country. Almost every state in the country has produced a university or two offering BBA course.
