Don Bosco College of Engineering

Don Bosco College of Engineering is a self-financing engineering college located in Kurla, Mumbai. The college has ISO 9001:2008 certification for its great infrastructure and academic excellence, and is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). It is affiliated to Mumbai University of Technology and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The Institute offers under-graduate courses in B.E. (Computer science, Mechanical, Electrical & electronics, Electronics and communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, civil, chemical engineering) along with post-graduate courses in M.E. (Computer science, Manufacturing) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA), and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Don Bosco College of Engineering has a rich infrastructure with latest facilities. The Institute has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The 8 acres college campus is entirely Wi-Fi enabled, and the seminar halls and class-rooms use projectors for visual aid. The institute also has facility of online guest lecturers from anywhere in the world. The college has a central library with 30,000 volumes, 8,573 titles and 148 Indian periodicals and 93 international periodicals AICTE consortium online journals 801.
The professional societies of the college are meant to facilitate the student involvement in extracurricular activities, by giving room for social welfare/community service activities and personality development and talent exposition. The College organizes many extracurricular events including the Fresher’s, Alumni Meet and Sports meet. The institute also provides a gymnasium, a bank and ATM Facility within the college campus and a cafeteria. Erode Don Bosco College of Engineering runs a state-of-the-art placement cell for its student guiding them through the placement process and provide them placement offers and interviews via campus placements. The Institute has collaborated to many multi-national companies for campus recruitment.
