The islands of Andaman and Nicobar have a black past when the country was ruled by the Britishers. Serving the most feared and vulnerable jail during the British rule in India, Andaman and Nicobar islands has over-cast a black past and brought about the wind of change in the region. Being a part of India the place lies in ocean a group of islands forming the Andaman and Nicobar island collection surrounded by sea with a difficult connectivity and negative past, the group has came up with a real approach towards Education. Being a tourism rich place Education sector has come up in a strength and break all barriers. The Education system in the island has lead to an 86% literacy rate in 2011 census, compared to 76% literacy rate of the country the islands have outgrown the country on educational front with the education circulating in the islands. Youth4work universities is one such platform that provides a student a personal experience to get closer to the education system on islands.
