Colleges for Industrial Production
Industrial production engineering relates to the engineering discipline emanating as Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics subject. This trio has been uniformed as Industrial Production Engineering concept. Since the subjugation of manual labor had witnessed the rise of industrial revolution in the late 16th century England, modern scientific forces when conjoined as an interdisciplinary subject in the name of Engineering thus have been categorized into Mechanical, Civil & Electrical degree subjects in which studies of heavy machineries & super-constructions are included. Industrial Production has been founded upon the two pillars of engineering namely Mechanical and Electrical engineering. This Production Engineering falls upon the category of mechanical engineering because in manufacturing process power dynamics, control processing systems of large-scale machines are involved. This subject typically includes the study of control panel that thrusts the power distributions into these machines for generation or production. In thermal power plants where power is generated thereby burning coal into an internal combustion chamber, manufacturing process is distributed between boiler & turbines. For car or high-end vehicles production, manufacturing unit largely follows the engineered works of mechanical subtlety. Manufacturing engineering can be broadly divided into five categories for specializations. They are boiler operation engineering, turbine operation engineering, and water supply engineering, conveyor belt structures for coal distribution & power distribution system.
This engineering course has drawn an immense possibilities in any large-scale enterprises be it steel plant, cement plants or thermal power generation, manufacturing engineering is essential. To pursue B.Tech in Thermal Power one has to qualify entrance examinations taken by either JEE or AIEEE.
