UTKARSH-2012

BBD leading at UTKARSH-2012. BBD University aims to impart futuristic and high quality technical, management achievement.
“UTKARSH-2012” the Annual Students Festival of BBDGEI shall be organized in this Academic Session form February 23 to 25, 2012 at Lucknow Campus of Babu Banarasi Das Group of Educational Institutions comprising various Competitive Events under Cultural, Literary, Fine Arts, Technical & Sports categories.
In “UTKARSH-2012” student’s team of other selected Institutions shall also be invited to participate. The list of such institutions shall be finalized by the “Steering Committee” of “UTKARSH-2012”. Therefore it is pertinent to mention that best Team(s) of BBDU, BBDNITM, NIEC, BBDESGI and UPDC&RC, Lucknow need to select at the respective institution level for participation in the “Inter-Institution Competition” under aforesaid categories of Events.
BDD has done a good job by providing guidelines in order to facilitate the smooth & successful conduct of the event the following guidelines are being placed:
1. An Exhibition shall be organized including stalls of leading manufacturers of Construction Materials, Computers and Peripherals, Communication Service Provider, Distributors of 2-Wheels,4-Wheelers and Book Sellers. The Exhibition will also include a Food Court with stalls of select Brands/Restaurant. All the stalls in the Exhibition shall be on payment/Sponsorship basis.
2. Radio Partnership with local FM Service providers, Media Partnership with leading English & Hindi Daily News Papers and Electronic-Media Channels shall also be solicited on sponsorship basis along with the Daily News papers published by our sister Institution M/S Viraj Prakashan.
3. Apart from above Sponsorship will also be solicited for Sponsoring Events Prizes, Banners &
Hoardings etc.
4. The “UTKARSH-2012” Inaugural Ceremony shall be Organized on February 23, 2012 from
10:00 AM onwards at Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Auditorium.
5. The “UTKARSH-2012” Closing Ceremony shall be organized at Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Stadium from 2:00PM onwards on February 25, 2012 which will include a select Cultural activity, select Athletic Events, Distribution of Trophies and Prizes to winning Teams.
6. Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta, Hon’ble Chairman, Babu Banarasi Das Group of Educational Institutions shall be the Chief Guest of Closing Ceremony of “UTKARSH-2012”.
7. Eminent Academicians, Bureaucrats and Important Persons of Lucknow will also be invited to
witness various Competitive Events and also to distribute Prizes of “UTKARSH-2012” on day-today basis.
8. To invite Alumni & Parents/Guardians of Student of BBDU, BBDNITM, NIEC, BBDESGI and UPDC&RC, Lucknow on the Closing Ceremony of “UTKARSH-2012”.
It will be great fun participating in UTKARSH-2012 and it helps in enhancing student’s skill.
