Food Industry Capacity & Skill Initiative (FICSI), also known as Food Processing Sector Skill Council, is a NSDC funded non-profit organization established for the upliftment of skill level in Food Processing Industry. FICSI has control over eight sub sectors comprising of Dairy Products, Fruits & Vegetables, oilseeds & Food Grain Milling, Meat & Poultry, Bread & Bakery, Fish & Marine Products, Aerated Beverages and Alcoholic Beverages. The aim of FICSI is to ensure the growth of Food Processing Sector with skilled labor force. increased productivity & profitability.
