The Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) is an autonomous body set up by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It was established in 1983 with the aim to promote and develop entrepreneurship among individuals, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. EDII provides training programs, research activities, consultancy services and other support initiatives to help entrepreneurs start their own businesses.
