Aim of the college is to provide better suitable career platform for the final year students

1. Courses: It offers 5 engineering courses under UG and 4 PG courses. The UG courses offered are ECE, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical and IT engineering. MBA, MCA and three M. Tech courses are offered.

2. Awards: To boost up the moral of the students and infuse in them a spirit of competitiveness the college has institutional awards for the first three rank holders based on the yearly examination of the Rajasthan Technical University Awards are also given in the field of sports and cultural activity. To boost up and help the poor and needy students institute gives the scholarship to the students.

3. Library: LIET has well stocked computerized library. It is fully air-cooled 5200 sq. Ft. The area forms the Institute's library with a seating capacity of more than 200 students. The library is a member of DELNET, a network of 550 libraries of India housing about 30 lakhs books, thereby bringing their resources within the realm of our library. This allows the student and faculty members to access almost all libraries of India.

The placement of the students has always been the top priority of all engineering colleges. With a mission of great success, placement cell of Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering & Technology is making all fruitful efforts round the year. The college holds on-campus placement drives at regular intervals to provide a suitable platform to the students of final year.
